The only member of the 1900 Class, 1907 first entered service as Western Australian DA Class unit number 1577 in 1972, and was the last locomotive built by Clyde Engineering at Granville in Sydney. It was rebuilt at Forrestfield in Perth in 2003, including the provision of a modified cab to provide greater vision for the driver. Based at Whyalla in South Australia, it operates in iron ore haulage.
