The Airport line runs underground from near Central to Wolli Creek, where it crosses underneath the Illawarra line. It is included in timetables with the line through East Hills to Glenfield, Campbelltown and Macarthur. Through the Central Business District services on the Airport line operate along the City Circle line. The Airport line was opened in 2000 before the Sydney Olympic Games and Paralympic Games.
