These thirteen electric locomotives were purchased by BHP Mitsubishi Alliance and all entered service in 2013. They share the same design as the Aurizon 3800 Class and the Pacific National 71 Class. The BMACC Class operate in coal haulage on the Goonyella system in Queensland.
