These two BRM Class locomotives entered service in 2013 and are similar to the VL Class in service with Rail First Asset Management. They were designed and built by Southern Shorthaul Railroad at Bendigo in Victoria. The BRM units are painted in the livery of Consolidated Rail Leasing.
