This single unit entered service as GML10 with Goldsworthy Mining Limited in the Pilbara area of Western Australia in 1990. It was renumbered GML20 and later sold to Comalco for work at Weipa in Far North Queensland, where it was numbered R1004. Qube Logistics eventually obtained the unit and it was once again been renumbered, this time to its original number GML10.
